Advice for the host
Be present for the actual vendors that are hosting. The host was to hard to get a hold of and then got her own camera out so I thought she was a planner. But she is a photographer hosting these. The mood board somewhat matched but missed quite a few story telling moments. The group of photographers started to direct on their own and she yelled at us because we weren't flowing through but she gave us zero direction and wasn't around after the models were done getting ready. Just kind of felt like we were children. There was only one time for connecting with everyone.
