What happened
Overall this was a very fun day! We did 3 shoots starting in the morning and ending late at night spread out from Forks, La Push, to Port Angels. The hosts were very kind and easy to work with! The couples we shot were diverse with both BIPOC & queer individuals participating so that was great! I definitely feel like everyone got opportunities to direct and get their shots. I only have a couple reasonable complaints:
-it was a little disorganized and felt like there wasn’t much planning that went into the shoots.
-all the couples were non-model couples whom all wore their own clothes and got themselves ready (no HMUA) so the $550 day pass investment seems a little steep when you factor that in.
Again, these are small complaints/observations, but overall I truly enjoyed myself, the hosts, captured beautiful photos, and made some friends!
Advice for the host
Just spend a little more time planning the details, locations, and wardrobes. 🙂
