The shoot began more than an hour late, organization was lacking throughout the day, and I left feeling that what was promised didn't match what was delivered. I was also concerned to learn that vendors were reportedly told they would receive photographers' images without the photographers' knowledge or permission.

After I requested a refund and shared my concerns, the response I received was a threat of legal action rather than an attempt to address the issues. I wouldn't attend another event hosted by Casa Cross Events and would encourage others to research carefully before booking.

Learn humility and respect. You cannot use photographer's images as bargaining chips without their knowledge. Your ChatGPT contracts are not helping. No one wants to attend an event where the host is actually just placing themselves at the center of attention.
