If you choose to attend, your attitude going in will make or break your experience. If you go with an open mind and ready for inspiration, you will have a fabulous time.

What happened

I’ve had the privilege of working with Sarah and the Honeybee Retreats team in multiple capacities over the years; first as a hairstylist and more recently as a photographer, and I can confidently say that every experience has exceeded expectations.

What sets Honeybee Retreats apart is not simply the beautiful locations, thoughtfully designed shoots, or the stunning content opportunities, though all of those are exceptional. It’s the care, intentionality, and professionalism that Sarah and her team bring to every detail. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued as both a creative and a person.

Sarah has a genuine ability to create an environment where collaboration happens naturally. Photographers, planners, florists, beauty professionals, designers, and other vendors are given the space to create, connect, and grow without feeling rushed, overlooked, or treated as just another attendee. The experience is thoughtfully planned in a way that encourages both artistic inspiration and meaningful connections.

In an industry where many educational events promise community, Honeybee Retreats genuinely delivers it. Sarah leads with generosity, authenticity, and a sincere desire to truly see others succeed.

Whether you’re a photographer looking to elevate your portfolio, a vendor seeking connections, or a creative professional wanting to invest in your growth, I recommend Honeybee Retreats; I am grateful to have been part of it.

Rain or Shine, Sarah always pulls through.

What happened

Sarah is an incredibly talented planner, stylist, event host, and photographer. She's truly worth every penny and then some. Over the past year or so, I've had the pleasure of attending nearly six of her shoots, and I look forward to many more this year. Each one surpasses the last, yet they remain uniquely beautiful and special. I've participated in SSAA, Southern Bride, and The Editorial Experience all fantastic experiences, though not inexpensive and I still find Sarah's work to be my favorite by far. It's just a more personal, enjoyable experience where I feel genuinely connected and comfortable. I can be quite quirky, 😆 but Sarah makes me feel safe and at ease. Absolutely, she’s worth every bit of it.

Advice for the host

We’ve been modeling for Honeybee Retreats regularly for years. The retreats are organized, as advertised, and an overall great experience for models. Would recommend to all vendors and attendees
